Yes, we provide free standard shipping on all orders over £35. For orders under £35, a standard shipping fee applies, which will be shown at checkout.

Refund Policy

If the product is personalised, simply enter your requested name, wording or other details in the personalisation box before adding them to your basket. Please double-check all the details before placing an order, as we make your item exactly as submitted.

As each personalised item is made especially for you, please allow 2-4 working days for your order to be made before dispatched, it will be sent via Royal Mail Tracked 48.

Please note that processing time is separate from delivery time.

We always make sure your ordder is dispatched within the stated timeframe. Once it has been dispatched, delivery is handled by courier and is unfortunately outside our control. If your order is delayed , please contact us and we'll be happy to check the gracking for you.
